Q. What payment options do I have?
As with most online retailers, we accept all credit cards and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept Paypal for some purchases. See our payments page for more details
If you visit our showroom, you also have the option of paying cash or by cheque.
Q. Can I call you and pay over the phone?
By all means. If you find a product you really like, but are either having problems paying online, or would prefer to make a payment over the phone, then please call us on 01494 952182.
If you are interested in finance, we can only take this online as you will have to complete the relevent information on our finance partner secure website.
Q. Your prices are very very competitive, are all your products genuine?
We work hard to ensure we have some of the best prices in the UK for a wide range of the products we stock. Every one of the products you see on our site are 100% genuine, having been sourced via our direct relationships with our chosen fitness equipment manufacturers and exclusive UK territory distributors.
Q. Can we try out some of the equipment in a showroom?
Yes you can. We're one of the few online gym equipment providers that have a showroom for you to visit. Based in the heart of Beaconsfield close to the M40 and M25, we feature a range of equipment including Technogym, Life Fitness and Jordan Fitness.
